Does an ADU need a foundation?
Most sit on a simple slab or a few piers — we'll point you to the right base for your site and soil.
Can it be heated and cooled?
Easily. A small mini-split keeps a dome studio comfortable all year — the efficient shape does a lot of the work.
Is it permit-ready as an ADU?
We supply the engineered drawings. ADU rules vary town to town, so it's worth checking your local setbacks and size limits.
